Who we are and what data we collect

The Missão Avivando Famílias, of the Diocese of Teixeira de Freitas, Bahia, Brazil, maintains this site to evangelize families, receive prayer requests and messages, and share encounters and materials. This policy explains simply how we take care of your personal data, in accordance with Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018).

We collect only what you send us: name, email, phone and message in the contact and prayer request forms; purchase and delivery details in the shop; and donation details when you contribute. Payments are processed by the payment platform, and the Mission has no access to your card details. The site may use functional and statistics cookies.

How we use your data and with whom we share it

We use your data to answer your messages, pray for the intentions you entrust to us, organize encounters and events, process orders and donations, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell or give away your data for commercial purposes.

Prayer requests are handled discreetly and used only for the Mission’s prayer. You may ask anonymously, and we will make an intention or testimony public only with your permission.

We share data only with Wix, the company that hosts the site, and with payment providers, strictly as needed for these services to work.

Your rights

We keep data only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, or for the period required by law.

At any time you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw your consent. Just write to us through the Contact page of this site.
